As a Business Development Representative at Pendo, you’ll be on the front lines of growth at a forward-thinking, product-led SaaS company that values outcomes over activity. Your mission is to create high-quality pipeline within one of our sales territories by identifying the right companies, the right people, and the right moments to engage. We’ve recently promoted two of our team from BDR positions to AE positions within our commercial team, and we’re looking for you to have the passion to want to do the same. Key Role Responsibilities will include: • Generate new, high-quality sales qualified prospects for Account Executives • Meet all key performance metrics and goals on a weekly and monthly basis • Research and target exciting companies • Use all available sales data to recognize trends and drive outreach decisions • Create successful cold calling and email campaigns targeting new prospects • Learn and demonstrate the Pendo platform to prospective customers • Gain proficiency in Salesforce.com data logging Minimum Qualifications • • You have 1+ years of sales experience/lead generation (internships qualify!) • You have experience with a CRM tool or sales system ex. Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach, Cognism, Lusha, etc. • Fluency in German (both written and oral) and English • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience This is a hybrid position working 3 days per week from our office In Munich, Germany.
