About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing FinTech company, Pennylane. This role focuses on helping educational institutions effectively use our financial management software to benefit their students and faculty.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead deployment and onboarding of educational institutions, creating training roadmaps and ensuring functional access
→Develop and implement training programs including webinars, hands-on sessions, and e-learning paths
→Conduct business reviews with educational program leaders to align our tool with pedagogical objectives
→Identify and engage dormant accounts, developing action plans to activate them
→Segment educational portfolio and adapt approaches based on strategic value
→Track satisfaction metrics including NPS, qualitative feedback, and health scores
→Identify and nurture champion educators to create success stories and participate in academic events
→Collect educational-specific product needs and coordinate content creation with Customer Education team
→Detect and qualify partnership opportunities, interventions, and business games
→Maintain Salesforce CRM for visibility on school progress
→Participate in cross-functional rituals to advance the educational program

Requirements

✓Proven experience in Customer Success Management or Account Management, preferably in EdTech or complex SaaS
✓Strong pedagogical skills and empathy for the education sector
✓Ability to prioritize and manage a portfolio of 200 schools
✓Experience leading process creation and developing practical cases
✓Excellent relationship skills and persistence
✓Fluency in English
