About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Analyst to join our FP&A team at Pennylane. This role involves supporting financial planning, performance tracking, and reporting for our rapidly growing FinTech company.
Key Responsibilities
- →Participate in the production of monthly financial reports (KPIs, P&L) and develop analyses for the Comex and investors
- →Contribute to the budgeting process by building and maintaining advanced forecast models
- →Collaborate with various teams to gather data for forecasts
- →Act as a key partner to managers, providing financial analyses and models to support decision-making
- →Participate in ad hoc analyses and business plans for investors, Comex, and other partners
- →Contribute to improving financial processes and optimizing dashboards and analyses
Requirements
- ✓Significant experience in Transaction services, Audit, or FP&A in a tech scale-up
- ✓Autonomous, organized, and rigorous with strong attention to detail and excellent summarization skills
- ✓Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders beyond the FP&A team
- ✓Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
- ✓Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
