About the Role

The Global Head of Product Management will be responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and execution of Perforce's product portfolio. This executive role requires a strategic thinker with deep market and technological understanding to lead product innovation and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and communicate short- and long-term product strategy aligned with business objectives
→Lead product lifecycle from ideation to launch across 4 business units
→Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams
→Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
→Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product management team
→Develop and manage product management budget
→Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related field
✓10+ years of product management experience with 5+ years in senior leadership
✓Proven track record of leading product strategy for complex software businesses
✓Significant M&A and integration experience
✓Strong leadership and team-building skills
✓Excellent strategic thinking and analytical abilities
✓Deep understanding of software development processes and technologies
✓Experience with agile methodologies and user-centered design
✓Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
