About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative to join our enterprise software team at Perforce Software, Inc. This critical role involves establishing relationships with prospective customers to create a viable sales pipeline through outbound and ABM tactics.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive Perforce revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities via phone, social, and email efforts
- →Provide outbound outreach to ideal client profiles and highest-priority accounts
- →Work with sales representatives to positively impact pipeline contribution
- →Record and track activities, notes, and feedback
- →Develop lists and set meetings that convert and close
- →Optimize use of sales tools including Outreach, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- →Report on new business opportunities and prepare pipeline analysis
- →Ensure seamless transition to account executives through communication of prospects’ needs
- →Analyze trends and take fast action on analysis
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree required
- ✓Minimum 1+ years of experience in a B2B sales role
- ✓Strong communication skills, including breaking down large concepts
- ✓Strong time management skills
- ✓Ability to articulate value and understand new products and technology
- ✓Commitment to a customer and prospect-first attitude
