About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join the Customer Success team at Perforce Software, Inc. This role involves working alongside top DevOps engineers to ensure customer success with Puppet Enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Build relationships with customers and guide them to improved efficiency and cost savings
→Serve as the main technical contact for customers post-installation
→Determine training needs and advocate for customers within the organization
→Partner with support engineers to troubleshoot and diagnose customer problems
→Advocate for product quality within the development and product management organization
→Maintain knowledge of data center management, systems management, and monitoring
→Work in an international, fast-growing environment

Requirements

✓Previous experience in a TAM role
✓Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
✓Collaborative and team-focused mindset
✓Unix and/or Linux SysAdmin or DevOps background
✓Programming skills in Ruby, Python, etc.
✓Experience with Git, public and private clouds, and continuous integration tools
✓Experience in customer sales/service
✓Windows administration experience with PowerShell
✓Understanding of DevOps culture and Salesforce or other sales management platforms
