About the Role
We are looking for a customer-oriented and result-driven Account Manager to join our team at Perk. In this role, you will contribute to customer satisfaction and work to increase growth and margin within existing accounts. You will be responsible for a portfolio of small and medium-sized accounts within the Spanish and Portugal market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own a portfolio of SMB customers and develop high-level customer engagement with key decision makers.
- →Gain a deep understanding of customers' businesses to ensure they maximize their usage of Perk.
- →Identify growth opportunities and develop your portfolio by adding new business opportunities.
- →Leverage data analytics to provide clients with regular business reviews, reports, and presentations.
- →Be an expert on Perk products to meet and exceed quarterly targets of up-selling and cross-selling.
- →Develop strong relationships with clients to shape their business travel programmes.
- →Identify common problems within each account and develop strategies to solve issues.
- →Act as a key contact between internal Perk teams and the Account Management Team.
- →Effectively prioritize your time to maximize impact in key business areas.
Requirements
- ✓Native or near-native level of Spanish and fluent English.
- ✓Minimum 2 years of account management or customer success experience.
- ✓Background within a SaaS or travel-tech business is highly preferred.
- ✓Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- ✓Great prioritisation and time management skills.
- ✓Result-oriented mindset with customer satisfaction as a top priority.
- ✓Great ability to analyse and translate data for customers.
