About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Implementation Specialist to join Perk's team, responsible for managing the onboarding of new clients. This role involves executing and launching implementations within your portfolio, analyzing customer needs, and proposing tailored implementation plans.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead cross-functional project teams to successfully implement new clients
- →Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close implementation projects
- →Review contracts, optimize resource management, and validate process quality
- →Serve as the first point of contact for client escalations during the implementation process
- →Develop and implement strategy plans to achieve account ramp-up goals
- →Ensure that accounts are staged, scheduled, and prioritized according to both client and business needs
- →Communicate complex and technical information in a manner that all audiences can easily understand
- →Ensure that project team members have a clear understanding of timelines, tasks, risks, and issues
Requirements
- ✓Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects in an international environment
- ✓Native or near-native proficiency in German
- ✓Fluency in English (written and oral)
- ✓Experience in implementing products to different clients
- ✓Organized and structured way of working, with good capabilities to analyze and deliver recommendations
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- ✓Able to develop relationships with all levels of the organization, both internally and externally, and adapt the communication accordingly
- ✓Excited by challenges and have a personal drive to make a difference
