About the Role
We are currently looking for new graduates to join our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to help us achieve our ambitious goals. In this role, your focus will be on feeding our sales funnel by qualifying and engaging prospective Perk customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Run outreach campaigns using phone, email, and social touches
- →Qualify leads over the phone and schedule next-step conversations
- →Understand target prospects' needs and articulate Perk's value
- →Maintain accurate information on prospects in Salesforce
- →Build deep knowledge of Perk and its evolving product features
- →Work with the Marketing team to improve lead qualification
- →Conduct high-level conversations with Office Managers, CFOs, and Travel Managers
Requirements
- ✓Strong interest in starting a career in sales, business development, or go-to-market roles
- ✓Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- ✓Confidence speaking with new people and building credibility over the phone
- ✓Strong organization skills and attention to detail
