About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive growth in our Spanish market. This role focuses on filling our sales funnel, qualifying leads, and engaging potential customers. You’ll join a high-performing and collaborative sales team, selling our all-in Travel and Expenses platform that makes business travel, expenses, and admin easier for teams.

Key Responsibilities

→Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social touches to engage potential clients
→Qualify leads and book meetings for Sales Executives, connecting with decision-makers
→Understand prospect needs and clearly communicate the Perk value proposition
→Keep Salesforce up to date with prospect information and interactions
→Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead generation and awareness strategies

Requirements

✓Excellent communicator and presenter, Spanish Native Speaker and fluent in English
✓Ability to build credibility over the phone with potential clients
✓Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle
✓Goal-oriented with strong character and perseverance
✓Ability to work as an individual contributor while being part of a team
✓Customer-centric mindset
✓Proactive and capable of thinking outside the box to generate leads
✓Legal authorization to work in Spain
