About the Role
We are looking for a Senior People Partner to join Perk, a global platform for travel and spend management. This role involves partnering with senior leaders across Customer Care and Support Functions to implement people strategies that contribute to our high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Customer Care and Support Function senior leaders to define, deliver, and embed people strategies
- →Manage and develop a team of People Partners, enabling them to partner global teams
- →Drive high performance at scale by co-creating with business leaders and implementing better ways of working
- →Partner workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development strategies
- →Champion employee engagement by shaping the employee experience across teams
- →Lead through change effectively, ensuring colleagues remain valued and connected to our mission
- →Use data-driven insights to create and test hypotheses, diagnose challenges, and measure impact
Requirements
- ✓Tenured experience in a People Partner role partnering customer service organizations in fast-growing tech companies
- ✓Experience partnering with Customer Care, Call Centre, or similar client bases
- ✓Experience working within Spanish Employment Law
- ✓A track record of partnering and influencing senior leaders
- ✓Strong understanding of team design, high-performance culture, leadership development, and change management
- ✓A coaching mindset and excellent communication skills
- ✓A commercial approach to people work, with a focus on impact, data, and action
- ✓Experience developing and enabling leaders through multiple methods
- ✓Comfort operating across regions and time zones, with experience partnering international teams
