About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Representative to join PermitFlow, an applied AI company revolutionizing the construction industry. This role involves working directly with senior leadership to build the enterprise sales playbook and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting to closing
- →Lead complex, multi-threaded deals with executives and operators
- →Develop and execute account strategies for new and existing accounts
- →Build ROI-driven business cases for C-suite stakeholders
- →Collaborate cross-functionally to scope solutions and ensure successful outcomes
- →Maintain forecasting accuracy and pipeline hygiene
- →Provide insights to GTM and Product leadership
- →Travel as needed for customer meetings and conferences
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- ✓Strong record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals over $1M
- ✓Construction-tech experience preferred
- ✓Skilled at navigating executive relationships and procurement
- ✓Ability to build compelling, ROI-backed business cases
