About the Role
PermitFlow is an applied AI company transforming the construction industry by helping builders navigate permitting, licensing, and inspections. We're seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team and help build AI-powered software solutions that streamline complex workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Transform manual permitting workflows into AI-enabled software experiences
- →Design and implement backend and frontend services, APIs, and data pipelines
- →Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales teams
- →Work directly with users to shape product direction and ship impactful features
- →Own features end-to-end, from architecture to production deployment
- →Help establish engineering best practices and contribute to technical excellence
Requirements
- ✓Graduation date within 12 months of applying, or already graduated
- ✓Strong experience in fullstack development, ideally in a startup environment
- ✓Comfortable owning features across frontend, backend, and data layers
- ✓Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres, or ability to learn quickly
- ✓Track record of shipping production systems with thoughtful trade-offs
- ✓Excitement for AI-powered tools solving construction challenges
