About the Role
PermitFlow is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to help customers adopt better permitting workflows and accelerate project timelines. You will work with operationally-minded organizations ready for change, guiding them through outdated systems and manual processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and close full-cycle deals
- →Lead discovery and consultation to identify operational inefficiencies
- →Build trust with project and operations teams across various industries
- →Present tailored ROI-driven solutions demonstrating time savings and cost reduction
- →Guide buyers through transitions from legacy processes or third-party expediters
- →Collaborate with SDRs, Customer Success, and Operations teams

Requirements
- ✓6+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS
- ✓Experience in Construction Tech is a plus
- ✓Known for diagnosing inefficiencies and offering consultative solutions
- ✓Skilled at helping customers shift from outdated processes
- ✓Comfortable selling into a range of verticals including solar, EV, and construction
- ✓Structured approach to running deals, forecasting, and communication
