About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join PermitFlow, an applied AI company revolutionizing the construction industry. This role involves leading a product team to build customer-facing features and AI-powered workflows that simplify complex permitting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a product team responsible for building customer-facing features and AI-powered workflows
- →Drive the full product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, design, development, launch, and iteration
- →Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and sales to deliver high-impact features
- →Work directly with users to deeply understand pain points and translate them into intuitive solutions
- →Define and communicate product strategy, goals, and success metrics across teams and leadership
- →Mentor and guide other product managers, setting standards for product process, collaboration, and execution
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of product management experience with a record of shipping impactful products at startups or fast-moving companies
- ✓Experience leading product teams, not just owning individual features
- ✓Ability to set product vision, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
- ✓Strong problem-solving ability and comfort navigating ambiguity
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills, from engineers to executives to customers
- ✓Technical acumen and familiarity with software development is a plus
