About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Designer to join Phira Ventures, a venture studio based between Lisbon and New York. This role offers an opportunity to work in an ambitious, fast-growing environment where creativity and ownership are valued.
Key Responsibilities
- →Designing ads for different channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest)
- →Creating visuals and layouts for email campaigns
- →Basic video editing for ads and website materials
- →Assisting in and organizing photoshoots and videoshoots
- →Supporting the lead designer on UI/UX design tasks
- →Building landing pages and helping with overall web-design
Requirements
- ✓Eager to learn, curious, and enjoys trying new things
- ✓Proactive, takes initiative, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- ✓Good understanding of design standards and visual quality
- ✓Basic video editing skills
- ✓Basic understanding of photography
- ✓Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
