About the Role
We are looking for a performance marketing contractor to join Phira Ventures and manage our performance marketing across a growing portfolio of brands. You will be responsible for optimizing paid acquisition and making it measurably more efficient month over month.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and optimize Meta, Google, and YouTube ads across a portfolio of brands
- →Be part of the broader marketing planning across our portfolio companies
- →Dive deep into performance data, spot patterns, and optimize relentlessly
- →Optimize ad assets and campaigns aggressively and systematically
- →Build a rigorous, repeatable testing system based on clear hypotheses
- →Work closely with our marketing team and in-house creatives
- →Maintain clean tracking and reporting using Triple Whale, Shopify, GA4, GTM, and platform analytics
Requirements
- ✓Highly analytical mindset with a passion for working with numbers
- ✓Extreme attention to detail and high standards for precision
- ✓Solid understanding of the customer acquisition funnel end-to-end
- ✓Fluency in English
- ✓Based in (or willing to relocate to) Lisbon and able to work 4 days/week from the office
- ✓High ownership and a bias for action
