About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Recruiter to join the Internal Recruitment Team at PHMG, a world-leading audio branding agency. This role is critical to rapidly growing our team throughout 2026 and beyond, focusing on recruiting Sales Development Representatives across US offices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage, and welcoming candidates on their first day
- →Book quality phone screens and guide candidates through zoom and in-person interviews
- →Maintain our ATS system Greenhouse and keep hiring team schedules updated
- →Generate leads and prospect candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Handshake
- →Exceed high volume sales and recruitment goals in a team environment
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant HR, recruitment, or sales experience
- ✓Experience in a phone-based role
- ✓Strong drive for success with financial motivation
- ✓Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quotas
- ✓Efficient task prioritization and time management skills
- ✓Coachable attitude open to new ideas and feedback
- ✓Ambition and strong work ethic
