About the Role
We are looking for a German-English Sales Development Representative to join our high-growth SaaS company. This role focuses on qualifying inbound leads and supporting outbound prospecting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Inbound Lead Management: Respond to and qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively, generating opportunities for Account Executives
- →Qualification & Discovery: Conduct structured calls to understand customer needs, identify pain points, and determine business fit based on Pigment’s ICP and value proposition
- →Outbound Support: Assist in basic outbound prospecting activities using templates, research, and personalization
- →CRM & Pipeline Management: Log all activity, notes, and touchpoints accurately in Salesforce; maintain pipeline hygiene and ensure proper follow-ups
- →Collaboration: Work closely with AEs, marketing, Partners and growth teams to ensure smooth handoffs and accelerate pipeline conversion
Requirements
- ✓Fluent to professional level in both German and English
- ✓Based commutable distance from either of our London or Paris offices
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- ✓Ideally some experience in sales, customer success, or a related client-facing role
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
- ✓Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate CRM records, be organized
