About the Role

PingWind is seeking a Signal/Strategic Planner responsible for developing and coordinating communications and IT strategies to support operational objectives. This role integrates signal capabilities across enterprise and tactical environments to ensure secure communications for command and control operations.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop long-term signal and communications strategies aligned with operational objectives
→Plan and synchronize communications capabilities supporting command and control operations
→Translate operational requirements into technical communications architectures
→Plan and integrate enterprise and tactical communication systems
→Ensure interoperability between communication platforms and mission systems
→Support integration of new technologies into existing communication infrastructure
→Develop communications plans supporting operational planning processes
→Coordinate with operational, intelligence, and logistics planners
→Participate in operational planning teams and strategic initiatives

Requirements

✓Secret clearance
✓DoD 8570.01 M compliance for IAT Level III
✓Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a combatant command
✓Extensive familiarity with FM 5-0, FM 6-0, JP 5-0 and other military publications
✓HS Diploma/GED required
