About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Specialist to join Pinterest's Global Agency Sales team. This role involves developing data-driven strategies to deepen Pinterest's partnerships with media agencies and accelerate revenue growth across our agency portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with Global and Regional Agency Sales leadership to define and deploy strategic initiatives that improve agency health and drive revenue growth
→Shape Pinterest’s global agency strategy by developing frameworks for agency segmentation, coverage models, and account planning
→Lead the analysis of agency business performance to identify opportunities and risks, translating complex data into actionable insights
→Partner with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and ensure agency-focused initiatives are designed to meet agency needs
→Build scalable reporting and operating cadences to monitor agency health and program performance
→Structure and execute complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end
→Operationalize new initiatives and sales workflows for scale across regions

Requirements

✓7+ years of professional experience in strategy & operations in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment
✓Familiarity with global media agencies, including holding company structures and investment decisions
✓Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with experience analyzing large datasets
✓Proven experience building dashboards, reporting, and decision frameworks
✓Demonstrated ability to partner with senior sales leaders to define strategy and drive revenue
✓Strong structured problem-solving skills and comfort driving decisions in ambiguous situations
✓Excellent executive communication skills
✓Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, or related field
