About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Paralegal to join Pinterest's Legal team. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions to support various aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- →Project manage updates to public-facing policies, including Terms of Service
- →Oversee and iterate on the internal triage ticketing system for legal review requests
- →Manage engineering requests for conference submissions and public-facing content
- →Drive project management of GenAI initiatives and support internal policy creation
- →Review legal research and outside counsel memos to support business teams
- →Handle ad hoc projects that help move the business forward
- →Track, organize, and manage internal resourcing documents and knowledge banks
- →Maintain business relationships and stay updated on relevant legislation
- →Coordinate newsletters, stakeholder updates, and program decks
- →Provide e-billing support for attorneys and track legal-related spending
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- ✓3+ years of experience supporting legal in an innovative environment
- ✓Familiarity with project management and organization tools
- ✓Exceptional judgment, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- ✓Impeccable integrity and track record of developing practical solutions
- ✓Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly
- ✓Excellent communication and project management skills
