About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our team at Pinterest. This role will partner closely with the Pinner Notifications organization within our Core Engineering & Product team, responsible for all aspects of notifications sent to Pinners.

Key Responsibilities

→Proactively identify and drive key strategic explorations
→Translate strategic ideas into execution plans and be accountable for their completion
→Drive complex technical decisions across multiple teams
→Influence and collaborate on product roadmaps with stakeholders
→Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, data analytics, and product marketing
→Define new processes to streamline collaboration between stakeholders
→Build relationships with key stakeholders across disciplines and organizations
→Build effective communication channels to communicate schedules, priorities, status, and risk
→Use AI to turn ambiguous inputs into crisp execution artifacts
→Leverage AI to accelerate operating cadence and incident response

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience as a technical program manager or related experience
✓Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership abilities
✓Passion for execution and getting things done
✓Solid technical background and ability to understand technical designs, challenges, and risks
✓Strong analytical abilities to create and monitor metrics
✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
✓Ability to influence teams and drive alignment among stakeholders
✓Experience in creating and driving efficient processes at scale
✓Experience using AI tools to improve TPM throughput and clarity
✓Demonstrated judgment using AI in high-stakes environments
✓Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
