About the Role
We are looking for an AI Systems Engineer to join Pinterest's Demand Intelligence and Sales Productivity team. This role involves designing and implementing cutting-edge agentic AI systems to empower sales teams with real-time market intelligence and productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement agentic AI systems to empower sales teams and optimize workflows
- →Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions
- →Develop and maintain highly available services and efficient data pipelines
- →Build tools that enhance efficiency and generate demand through adoption and usage
- →Mentor and guide engineers, coach and up-level engineers while fostering effective cross-functional alignment and collaboration
Requirements
- ✓BS (or higher) degree in Computer Science, or a related field
- ✓8+ years of relevant industry experience in leading the design of large scale & production systems
- ✓Extensive, hands-on expertise working with AdTech and a deep understanding of demand systems
- ✓Advanced knowledge with at least one state-of-art programming language (Java, C++, Python)
- ✓Deep knowledge with building distributed systems batch and streaming systems
- ✓Strong product intuition for digital and mobile app advertising
- ✓Individuals looking to work in a close, collaborative group to drive success of key business metrics
