About the Role
We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead to join our Global Content & Operations (GC&O) team at Pinterest. This high-impact role will shape strategy, design the operating model, and lead execution for programs that grow creator engagement, monetization, and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with GC&O leadership to define and drive the team’s strategic plan, including annual and mid-year planning, OKRs, and investment recommendations
- →Lead large, highly cross-functional initiatives that improve how we plan, launch, and scale content and creator programs
- →Design and evolve the GC&O operating model, including governance, decision-making forums, and performance indicators
- →Develop clear narratives that synthesize complex data for senior leadership reviews and strategy alignment
- →Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and business reviews to surface insights on creator health and engagement
- →Connect global strategy with regional execution by identifying gaps and codifying best practices
- →Proactively identify opportunities to improve and scale the business
- →Operate as a strategic thought partner to GC&O and cross-functional leaders
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or similar roles
- ✓Experience in the content and/or creator ecosystem
- ✓Demonstrated strength in structured problem solving
- ✓Ability to move seamlessly from strategy to execution
- ✓Strong communication and narrative storytelling skills
- ✓Experience influencing without formal authority across multiple functions
- ✓Strong analytical skills with SQL or other querying languages
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field
- ✓Organized, detail-oriented, and resilient
