We're looking for a SEM Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. In this role, you will get a chance to own Pipedrive's paid search accounts end-to-end, working within a high-performing SEM team built for speed, boldness and impact.

Your new adventure:
β’ Own Pipedrive's paid search accounts day-to-day β you are the hands-on operator across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
β’ Daily and weekly tracking of performance against budgets and targets β you deliver a clear narrative of what's happening, why, and what's next
β’ Drive a continuous test-and-learn agenda β designing, executing and interpreting experiments with rigour and decisive follow-through
β’ Create and maintain high-quality campaign structures that set the standard for account hygiene and execution excellence
β’ Collaborate with CRO and Martech to ensure tracking is best in class and landing page testing is ongoing
β’ Cooperate with the broader marketing team to align SEM activity with wider demand generation goals
Does this sound like you?
β’ 4+ years hands-on SEM experience with a track record of managing campaigns independently
β’ Experience working with global accounts over 6 figures
β’ Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads - campaign types, bidding strategies, audience targeting, Quality Score levers
β’ Confident and decisive with performance data - you diagnose problems and act on them without being directed
β’ A strong ownership mentality, you know the account inside out and care about every detail of its performance
β’ High attention to detail - meticulous when it comes to hygiene, consistency and making changes to accounts
β’ Familiarity with Google Ads Scripts or automation tools is a plus
β’ Experience and/or interest in leveraging AI for SEM automation
