About the Role

We are looking for an Organizational Change Management Program Manager to join our team at Planet Technologies. This role focuses on driving effective adoption of enterprise-wide change, particularly with Copilot adoption across Federal organizations.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead OCM workstreams for large, complex Copilot deployments across Federal organizations
→Develop full scale rollout strategies with clear phases, milestones, and adoption schedules
→Build and deploy structured implementation plans including stakeholder analysis, communication sequencing, and training waves
→Identify high value use cases and guide Federal organizations through behavioral and workflow changes
→Provide or create repeatable process to manage the discovery process using PROSCI and ADKAR principles
→Develop and deliver enterprise communications, training materials, and mission aligned adoption content
→Drive coordinated change activities during each rollout phase
→Track adoption metrics and adjust plans based on data and user feedback
→Apply deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot best practices
→Provide leadership and guidance to stakeholders and team members

Requirements

✓5+ years leading enterprise OCM or digital transformation efforts with Microsoft 365 technology suite
✓Proven experience delivering large scale, enterprise-wide rollout programs with structured change plans
✓Knowledge of common challenges, best practices, and adoption strategies in a Federal enterprise environment
✓PROSCI certification and experience conducting user research and post implementation assessments
✓Previous team leadership experience and ability to drive projects to successful completion
✓Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
✓Ability to work onsite in the DC Metro Area as needed
