About the Role
Plaud Inc. is seeking a Data Infrastructure Engineer to design and maintain a centralized VoC data infrastructure. This role involves building data ingestion pipelines and developing structured data models to enable trend analysis and cross-channel search.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and maintain a centralized VoC data infrastructure by integrating support systems, review platforms, and feedback channels
- →Build and automate data ingestion pipelines using APIs and workflow tools
- →Develop and maintain a structured VoC data model and metadata schema
- →Partner with Product, Support, Ops and Engineering teams to operationalize VoC insights
- →Monitor system performance, data accuracy, and automation reliability
Requirements
- ✓Strong builder mindset with systems thinking
- ✓Hands-on experience building and maintaining cross-platform automations
- ✓Working understanding of customer feedback ecosystems
- ✓Experience in Technical Operations, Data Infrastructure, or similar roles
