WHAT YOU WILL DO
- EMEA Revenue Ownership: Execute the end-to-end email strategy for DE, FR, IT, ES, and EU stores to hit aggressive annual growth targets.
- Compliance & QA Leadership: Ensure 100% GDPR compliance across all campaigns. Perform rigorous QA on multi-language content, currency formats, and localized links to ensure zero-error execution.
- Localized Campaign Management: Develop and manage region-specific calendars (e.g., French Soldes, German holiday peaks) to ensure cultural relevance and maximum engagement.
- Lifecycle Optimization: Build and maintain sophisticated automation workflows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase) tailored to European consumer behavior.
- Data [Upgrade to PRO to see link] Iteration: Conduct frequent A/B tests on subject lines, creative, and send times, using AI tools to scale testing while maintaining human oversight on strategy.

- 1. 3-5+ years of experience in E-commerce Email Marketing (EDM), preferably for global DTC brands.
2. Deep GDPR Knowledge: Proven track record of managing email marketing within the European legal framework.
3. Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in ESPs such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Braze, including complex flow logic.
4. Language Skills: Native-level fluency in English is required. Proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a significant advantage.
5. Attention to Detail: An obsessive "detail-oriented" mindset with the ability to manage high-pressure QA in a multi-currency, multi-language environment.
6. Self-Driven: Ability to thrive in a flat structure with direct accountability for regional revenue KPIs.
What We Are Looking For
