About the Role

We are looking for a European Email Marketing Lead to join our team at Plaud Inc. This role focuses on driving lifecycle revenue growth across European markets, with a focus on France and Germany. The ideal candidate will ensure strict adherence to EU regulations and manage a multi-track European marketing calendar.

Key Responsibilities

→Act as the GDPR and Data Compliance lead for all European email marketing activities
→Drive lifecycle revenue growth across fragmented European markets
→Build and manage a multi-track European marketing calendar aligned with regional commercial events
→Coordinate and manage external translation agencies and freelancers to deliver high-quality localized content
→Ensure cultural nuance and brand consistency across all markets
→Oversee the EU Operations Specialist to ensure flawless campaign execution
→Lead the Tier 2 market growth strategy (Italy and Spain)
→Establish scalable workflows that maintain execution precision across multiple languages, currencies, and time zones
→Personally lead retention strategy for France
→Optimize segmentation, personalization, lifecycle flows, and testing programs to maximize LTV across EU markets

Requirements

✓5+ years of lifecycle or email marketing experience with direct ownership of European markets
✓Demonstrated track record of driving revenue through automated flows, campaign optimization, and advanced segmentation strategies
✓Fluent in French with the ability to review and validate marketing copy quality
✓Fluent in English as a working language
✓Strong working knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and country-specific EU regulations
✓Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple European markets simultaneously
✓Comfortable operating across different currencies, languages, and time zones while maintaining performance and operational accuracy
✓Experience managing execution teams, specialists, or external agencies to deliver high-quality output at scale
