About the Role
Plaud AI is seeking an Influencer / Creator Marketing Manager to join their team in Germany. This role focuses on managing outreach, relationship building, campaign execution, and performance tracking across various social media platforms and podcasts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and qualify creators across tech, business, productivity, healthcare, sales, and vertical professional communities
- →Conduct outreach using email, DMs, platforms, etc.
- →Coordinate end-to-end influencer activations: briefs, product seeding, timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- →Act as the day-to-day partner to creators and agencies
- →Track content performance including content quality, click sessions, engagement, reach, sentiment, ROI, CPV, and attributed revenue
- →Work with Brand and Product Marketing on messaging and briefs
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- ✓3-5 years in influencer, creator, or partnerships management, preferably in AI, tech, SaaS, or consumer electronics
- ✓Strong negotiation and long-term partnership-building skills
- ✓Understanding of local creator landscape and content trends
- ✓Strong execution, communication, and cross-functional skills
- ✓Data-driven mindset with basic analytics skills
- ✓Ability to leverage AI to enhance work efficiency
