What you will do
- Localize and execute Plaudβs global integrated marketing campaigns across PR, influencer, digital, retail, and e-commerce channels in Korea.
- Translate global strategies into culturally relevant campaigns tailored to Korean audiences and media ecosystems.
- Manage local agencies and partners β ensuring assets, tone, and timelines align with Plaudβs brand and product goals.
- Collaborate closely with HQ IMC and Product Marketing teams to maintain message consistency and operational efficiency.
- Track campaign results, compile post-campaign insights, and provide recommendations to optimize future launches.
Skills, qualifications and experience we look for
- 3β5 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or brand activation, ideally in tech, SaaS, or consumer electronics.
- Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (PR, influencer, paid media, retail).
- Experience working with or managing local creative, media, and PR agencies.
- Native-level Korean proficiency with strong English communication skills.
- Highly organized, process-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good at using AI tools to improve work efficiency
