About the Role
Plaud Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for CDP enablement and audience segmentation, build scalable lifecycle messaging capabilities, and establish A/B experimentation workflows. This role will partner with Data, Engineering, Growth, and Operations teams to ship reusable platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the roadmap for CDP enablement and audience segmentation to support targeting and personalization
- →Build scalable lifecycle messaging capabilities, standardizing workflows and guardrails in Klaviyo
- →Establish a practical A/B experimentation workflow to validate lifecycle improvements and product changes
- →Partner with Data, Engineering, Growth, and Operations to ship reusable platform capabilities
- →Improve reliability through monitoring, governance, and post-launch iteration based on real operational feedback
Requirements
- ✓3–7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform-like or B2B products
- ✓Hands-on experience working with data foundations (instrumentation, event/metric definitions, segmentation, or data quality workflows)
- ✓Experience building or operating lifecycle messaging/CRM (email/push) and understanding real-world channel constraints
- ✓Strong execution and communication skills to align stakeholders, define requirements, and drive delivery end-to-end
- ✓Comfortable using metrics and experimentation thinking to guide prioritization and evaluate impact
