About the Role
Playson is seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to strengthen its presence in Latin America, focusing on regulated markets like Brazil, Peru, and Colombia. This hands-on role will lead experience-driven marketing initiatives to enhance the brand’s reputation across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop, coordinate, and execute relationship-driven marketing initiatives, including exclusive events, business trips, and hospitality activities.
- →Manage the full execution cycle, including budgeting, vendor sourcing, negotiations, logistics, and on-site coordination.
- →Support Playson's participation in industry exhibitions and conferences like SBC and SiGMA.
- →Ensure all initiatives reflect Playson's brand standards and quality commitment.
- →Support PR, social media, and content-related activities in alignment with global brand guidelines.
- →Provide input on creative quality, brand positioning, and local market adaptation.
- →Act as a liaison between the LATAM region and European headquarters.
Requirements
- ✓Based in Brazil with strong knowledge of regional business culture.
- ✓Demonstrated experience in event management, experiential marketing, or related fields.
- ✓Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- ✓Financial acumen, including budget planning and cost control.
- ✓Strategic mindset with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- ✓High standards of quality and strong attention to detail.
- ✓Experience in brand marketing, creative fields, social media, or communications.
- ✓Experience in B2B environments; iGaming industry experience will be an advantage.
