About the Role
We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to support corporate networks, servers, and IT systems. This role involves maintaining reliable IT infrastructure and ensuring secure operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support day-to-day operations of corporate networks, servers, and IT systems
- →Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks across offices and datacenters
- →Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and infrastructure components
- →Investigate and resolve IT incidents reported by users, ensuring reliable service delivery
- →Follow corporate security policies and contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant environment
- →Assist in IT infrastructure projects, documentation, upgrades, and system improvements
- →Collaborate with your Team Lead, peers, cross-functional teams, and external vendors when needed
