We are seeking a high-impact Project Manager to join our team in a dynamic, matrix-structured B2B environment. This customer-facing role bridges business and technology, requiring exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage multiple large-scale, cross-product, and diverse projects and programs
- →Lead projects and programs from inception to delivery and closure, guiding the full project life cycle
- →Manage dedicated project and program teams in a matrix environment, driving seamless cross-product delivery
- →Drive licensee satisfaction by delivering quality outcomes and maintaining transparent communication
- →Own the end-to-end project plan, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- →Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to licensees and stakeholders
- →Lead projects and drive escalation management and resolution of critical issues
- →Facilitate collaboration across shared functions to resolve conflicts and enable timely decision-making
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in software delivery and customer-facing project management
- ✓Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
