Studio IT Tech Support - Swing/Night Shift at Playtech

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Tech Support Technician to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting live studio operational equipment as well as computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities

• →Adhere to multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations, PT Services New Jersey regulations and live unit policies and procedures
• →Provide technical support for video streaming equipment, data, optical and network communication systems
• →Perform installation and maintenance of video streaming equipment such as video cameras, audio, video cards, cabling, and other equipment
• →Install, administer, and troubleshoot computers, laptops and hardware as requested by management
• →Monitor information systems by diagnosing problems and solving them immediately
• →Respond to user calls and troubleshoot to diagnose and resolve software problems
• →Monitor CDN server connections, diagnose and solve problems
• →Provide day-to-day technical support such as consultations and provision of services for users
• →Make and save reports of any related documentation
• →Prepare necessary technical reports when requested by management
• →Understand and use IT technical terminology and comply with regulatory enactments, standards
• →Execute duties in accordance with standard IT service operating procedures
• →Perform any additional duties as instructed by management
