About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Lead for the software engineering team to join our team. This role focuses on technical solutioning for our loyalty ecommerce storefronts and guiding teams of developers through the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

→Collaborate with the product team to design new features that bring value to millions of loyalty members around the world
→Share in the responsibility for your team’s technical health: architecture, best practices, reliability, security, etc.
→Work with the Salesforce Commerce Cloud headless CMS to support the creation of storefronts
→Collaborate with scrum masters, product owners, designers, and other stakeholders
→Improve developer and user experience through thoughtful design, rigorous testing, and clear documentation
→Play an important role in helping us to deliver high-quality products to our partners and customers

Requirements

✓Great communication skills
✓Experience leading software projects or development teams
✓Experience building applications using NodeJS, TypeScript, React, HTML and CSS
✓Experience with test automation and security
✓Experience with Agile Scrum
✓Great technical solution design skills
✓Great skill for seeing the "Big Picture" when it comes to technical decision making
