About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Finom, a European tech startup revolutionizing financial solutions for entrepreneurs. This role involves driving end-to-end design for features that directly impact tens of thousands of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own design delivery across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to implementation
- →Translate complex business and user problems into clear, user-centered design solutions
- →Collaborate with product managers and engineers to scope, prioritize, and define project outcomes
- →Create essential design artifacts including user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- →Contribute to our design system and maintain consistency across the user interface
- →Participate in usability testing, user feedback loops, and data-driven experimentation
- →Support high-priority initiatives such as modular pricing and AI Copilot features
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in product design, preferably in fintech or SaaS
- ✓A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking and execution
- ✓Experience with complex platforms and multiple user flows
- ✓Ability to work in cross-functional squads with various team members
- ✓Rigorous design decision-making using data, research, and customer feedback
- ✓Strong foundation of curiosity, pragmatism, and high design quality standards
