Key Responsibilities
- →Translate business requirements into scalable, high-impact AIM and IGA solutions
- →Partner with business and technology leaders to deliver secure, efficient access solutions
- →Leverage data to identify gaps, drive process improvements, and enhance platform functionality
- →Drive end-to-end delivery of production ready solutions, from requirements through UAT
- →Work with modern identity and access technologies such as SailPoint, Power BI, SQL, Splunk, and Jira
- →Develop deep domain expertise in security, identity governance, and investment driven technology

Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience as a business analyst in identity access management and governance
- ✓Experience working with case management tools, such as Splunk, SailPoint, Confluence, and SQL
- ✓Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts
- ✓Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), functional analysis, SQL, and data analysis
- ✓Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive quality business solutions
- ✓Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team environment under tight timelines
- ✓Commitment to the highest ethical standards
