About the Role
Cubist Systematic Strategies is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their Discretionary Macro Recruiting team. This role involves supporting the full recruitment process and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist in the full recruitment process, including scheduling and new hire onboarding
- →Interface with candidates, vendors, and colleagues to schedule interviews
- →Maintain and track candidate pipelines and feedback in our internal database
- →Liaise with business stakeholders to collect feedback and identify next steps
- →Provide updates to hiring managers and candidates on recruitment processes
- →Maintain and develop relationships with candidates
- →Work with the recruiting team to improve processes and best practices
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree
- ✓1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- ✓Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
