What youβll do
β’ Build and own integrations between corporate systems and external SaaS vendors to streamline HR, recruiting, and administrative workflows and deliver measurable impact
β’ Develop and support corporate websites and internal web applications that serve employees, recruiters, and corporate stakeholders
β’ Design and implement scalable APIs and data pipelines to connect HR, recruitment, finance, and other enterprise platforms
β’ Lead platform modernization efforts to improve reliability, performance, and maintainability of corporate systems
β’ Collaborate closely with HR, recruiting, and business partners to translate requirements into automated technical solutions
β’ Implement monitoring, alerting, and operational runbooks to keep production systems resilient and reduce incident resolution time
β’ Automate build and deployment pipelines to accelerate delivery and maintain consistent environments across development and production
β’ Participate in architecture and design reviews, produce clear technical documentation, and drive best practices for integrations and web development
β’ Mentor colleagues, contribute to team growth, and help shape the roadmap for corporate systems technology
Whatβs required
β’ Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software programming and platform integrations
β’ Demonstrated experience building and supporting public-facing and internal websites
β’ Hands-on knowledge of HR and recruitment SaaS vendors , including integration approaches and data models
β’ Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party web services
β’ Proficiency in one or more backend languages (for example Java, Python, or Node.js) and experience with frontend web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or a modern frontend framework
β’ Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
β’ Experience using source control systems such as Git and implementing continuous integration and deployment pipelines
β’ Experience troubleshooting and supporting production systems, including debugging, log analysis, and incident response
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
