About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join Point72’s Technology team. This role involves developing and maintaining front-end interfaces and microservices for our investment platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop, implement, and maintain front-end user interfaces using modern web technologies
- →Extend and/or develop microservices in Node.js or C#
- →Provide data to microservices from sources like SQL, Mongo, and Databricks
- →Build and enhance platform-level AI capabilities
- →Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and platform engineers
- →Troubleshoot issues and ensure adherence to coding standards
- →Coordinate weekly and emergency releases
Requirements
- ✓Understanding of the hedge fund business and environment
- ✓Technical knowledge in Typescript, Node.JS, C#, HTML, and CSS
- ✓Self-motivated with a dedication to delivering within timelines
- ✓Passion for building mission-critical, scalable code
- ✓Professional communication skills
- ✓Ability to design reusable, testable modules
- ✓Comfort in a fast-paced, Agile environment
- ✓Fluency with Git source code management
- ✓Experience with CI environments and automated TDD tasks
