About the Role
We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to join PolicyMe, Canada's leading digital insurance solution. This high-impact role will own our post-sale customer experience, customer account product, and critical internal products that power our operations. You will blend analytical thinking, structured execution, and strong collaboration to help modernize the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Shape our product vision and evolve our strategy to improve post-sale experience
- →Develop a compelling vision for our accounts platform and build a balanced product roadmap
- →Solve ambiguous problems by understanding both customer segments and creating innovative solutions
- →Drive end-to-end execution from problem definition through launch and iteration
- →Collaborate with design, engineering, and other teams to ensure successful product delivery
- →Define success metrics and design experiments to validate hypotheses
Requirements
- ✓4-6 years of product management experience with D2C products
- ✓Exceptional collaboration and documentation skills
- ✓Ability to structure ambiguous problems and lead teams
- ✓Strong communication and prioritization abilities
- ✓Analytical mindset with experience working with product data
- ✓Curiosity about technical topics and comfort diving into complex areas
