• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • 3+ years of experience working with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices (timing, cadence, deliverability, etc.) • Proven success in launching high-performing campaigns for D2C brands • Comfortable building workflows, setting up dynamic content, and using personalization tokens • Familiar with basic HTML/CSS for email editing • Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and email compliance standards • Detail-oriented with strong QA and testing habits • Experience with segmentation strategies for large contact lists Bonus: Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
