About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our newly formed AI R&D pod at Posh—a company dedicated to building communities based on shared interests. This role focuses on creating AI-native product experiences and building the foundational backend for our AI products.

Key Responsibilities

→Build and scale AI services, designing backend services and APIs for AI-powered features
→Architect Multi-Agent Systems that can perform sophisticated, multi-step tasks
→Implement evaluation and fine-tuning frameworks to improve model performance
→Own cloud infrastructure with IaC, deploying and managing AI infrastructure using Terraform
→Optimize for efficiency, analyzing tradeoffs between model performance, latency, and cost
→Integrate AI features across the stack, occasionally working in TypeScript

Requirements

✓3–6+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience
✓Deep expertise in Python and its ecosystem for web services and data processing
✓Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), a major cloud platform, and deploying containerized applications
