About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Talent Partner to join our team at PPRO. This role focuses on driving technical talent acquisition with a strategic, data-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- βStrategically source and engage candidates using a variety of channels
- βDrive data-informed hiring decisions using ATS (Lever) and other tools
- βLead projects to optimize technical hiring efficiency
- βProvide expert consultation to Tech leadership and hiring managers
- βExecute full-cycle recruitment ensuring a positive candidate experience
- βConduct in-depth screening calls and advanced competency interviews
- βMaintain and audit our ATS for accurate reporting and analysis
Requirements
- βProven track record of hiring top-tier technical talent in competitive markets
- βAdvanced sourcing expertise to engage passive candidates and build diverse pipelines
- βStrong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics
- βFull-cycle technical recruiting experience across multiple technology domains
- βExperience owning and driving process improvements in recruitment
- βExceptional ability to partner with and influence senior leadership
- βExpertise in problem-solving across the technical hiring lifecycle
