About the Role
You will be the first marketing hire and a member of the founding team at Pragmatico, a company that helps mid-market companies achieve AI adoption through cultural transformation. You will build the marketing engine, owning positioning, demand generation, thought leadership, and the early architecture of how Pragmatico shows up in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Translate founder expertise into a market-facing narrative that differentiates Pragmatico
- →Build and run the content engine across LinkedIn, newsletter, contributed articles, and emerging formats
- →Generate provocative, opinionated takes that establish Pragmatico's editorial stance
- →Drive marketing's closed deals and marketing-influenced revenue
- →Build the marketing function from the ground up, establishing systems and processes that will scale
Requirements
- ✓Built a content-led demand engine at a company under $5M in revenue that materially contributed to pipeline and revenue growth
- ✓You personally produce content and know what good looks like
- ✓Energized by the opportunity to start as the only marketing person with a clear path to scale
- ✓Opinionated about the market with a point of view on AI adoption, workforce transformation, or an adjacent space
