Overview:
The Marketing Operations Automation Engineer is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing automated workflows and integrations across the marketing and revenue technology stack. This role focuses on execution, reliability, and scalability, translating system designs into working automations that improve efficiency and data consistency.
What you will do:
β’ Build and maintain automated workflows using platforms such as CoPilot, Workato and Power BI, Power Automate β 30%
β’ Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve automation and data flow issues to ensure reliability and accuracy β 15%
β’ Develop and maintain AI-enabled agents or automation enhancements where applicable -10%
β’ Support continuous improvement through testing, iteration, and optimization β 10%
β’ Support integrations between Eloqua, Salesforce, Goldcast, Outreach, Hive, and other platforms β 10%
β’ Support the implementation and configuration of AI-enabled features within existing marketing and automation tools β 5%
β’ Collaborate on architecture and design requirements of systems β 5%
β’ Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation within existing processes β 5%
β’ Document automation logic, workflows, and operational dependencies β 5%
β’ Ensure automations adhere to data governance, security, and compliance standards β 5%
What we are looking for:
β’ 2-4+ years of experience in marketing operations, automation, or technical operational roles
β’ Hands-on experience with marketing automation or workflow tools (e.g., Workato, Power Automate)
β’ Exposure to AI copilots, agents, or intelligent automation, with AI literacy sufficient to understand, evaluate, and responsibly apply AI-assisted features within marketing and automation tools
β’ Strong understanding of APIs, data structures, and system integrations
β’ Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms
β’ Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
β’ Ability to work from defined requirements and collaborate cross-functionally
Preferred requirements:
β’ Experience with Eloqua, Salesforce, or similar enterprise marketing platforms
β’ Experience supporting analytics or reporting pipelines
Salary: 132 000 - 175 000 PLN gross per year - compensation is flexible and open for discussion, with the possibility of adjustment for candidates whose skills and experience strongly align with the roleβs requirements
