About the Role
An Associate UX Designer is a member of Precision digital team dedicated to Account Solutions AccessGenius implementations. This role focuses on creating interactive platforms and tools to optimize sales and marketing strategies for biopharmaceutical clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with mentors and leadership to manage creative design projects
- →Work with Account Solutions team to understand project requirements
- →Design content for digital sales presentations, email, and print materials
- →Create layouts incorporating text, iconography, and images
- →Modify existing designs and perform proofing and revisions
- →Develop and execute project plans
- →Provide design support to marketing and training activities
- →Present design concepts to internal clients
- →Create finished projects for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review
- →Maintain quality of work while delivering efficiently
- →Develop understanding of market and payer data to improve client engagement
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in UX or Creative Design
- ✓1-2 years experience (prior internship or equivalent)
- ✓Availability to work Eastern Standard Time
- ✓Internet connection supporting large files and video calls
- ✓Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
- ✓Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- ✓Ability to travel up to 5%
