Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the meeting lifecycle including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and filing documents in the Trial Master File
- →Assist with creation and maintenance of project timelines in MS Project
- →Perform various activities and tasks in clinical systems
- →Manage study-specific training lifecycle including tracking, assigning, and documenting completion
- →Establish study-level Share Point sites and maintain appropriate access
- →Create project-specific email boxes and maintain access
- →Manage user access to study systems
- →Order study supplies and address related queries
- →Prepare study binder materials and work with vendors
- →Maintain various study trackers as needed
- →Manage project team member additions and removals
- →Review and approve weekly time reporting
- →Support distribution and tracking of safety reports
- →Manage translation of site-level documents
- →Support vendor management and invoicing
- →Manage preparation and distribution of study materials
- →Support production of study plans, reports, and updates
- →Collect data and maintain monthly KPIs
- →Collect input for quarterly inspection readiness reviews
- →Support creation and maintenance of study storyboards
- →Track out-of-scope work and prepare change order materials
Requirements
- ✓4-year college degree or international equivalent in business, scientific, or healthcare discipline
- ✓Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- ✓Fluency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ✓Customer service demeanor with flexibility and teamwork skills
- ✓Proficient verbal and written communication in English
